Introduction

Layer One X

Layer One X is a fully decentralized, interoperable Layer 1 blockchain designed to enable seamless cross-chain communication without relying on traditional bridges. The platform boasts a custom-built virtual machine (VM) and consensus mechanism, giving developers the flexibility to support both EVM and non-EVM environments. Their core innovation lies in “bridgeless interoperability,” enabling asset, data, and logic transfers across multiple chains — reducing time, cost, and risk associated with typical bridging protocols.

Beyond infrastructure, Layer One X focuses heavily on user experience. Their ecosystem is designed with a belief that users don’t care about what chain they’re on — they just want the functionality to work. As such, they aim to deliver a one-chain experience across all chains. Whether it’s game development, token swaps, or DeFi participation, Layer One X ensures that the UX is simple, intuitive, and chain-agnostic.

Suede AI

Suede AI is a platform focused on empowering creators — especially musicians — by helping them monetize directly via Web3 tools. They operate on both EVM and SVM (Solana) chains, offering native multi-chain compatibility. Suede’s goal is to abstract away crypto complexities while keeping the benefits of decentralization — enabling artists to earn income, stream performances globally, and connect with audiences in real-time.

The platform also tackles key onboarding issues by integrating familiar fiat rails like credit card payments and streamlining UX flows to resemble traditional platforms. Suede AI’s mission is clear: reduce friction, provide real-world value, and give users enough incentive to cross from Web2 into Web3. Their success lies in creating tangible use cases where crypto is the backend, not the user’s problem.

All InX

All InX is a Real World Asset (RWA) management and trading platform focused on bringing financial-grade UX into the world of Web3. Their emphasis is on making Web3 interfaces feel like modern fintech apps, starting from sign-in (passkeys, biometrics, etc.) to multi-currency support, gas abstraction, and clear KYC flows. Their “smart wallet” design simplifies onboarding while preserving access to the underlying blockchain when needed.

Their 2025 roadmap includes scaling via global regulatory licensing (U.S., U.K., Dubai, Singapore, Australia) to ensure smooth fiat on/off ramps and compliance. All InX’s design philosophy emphasizes progressive disclosure — hiding complexity unless necessary — and making Web3 usable without sacrificing ethos like self-custody and auditability.

Q1: What do you see as the biggest UX pain points slowing down Web3 adoption, and how do they compare to Web2?

All InX

One of the primary pain points in Web3 is that the user must deal with an overwhelming amount of complexity from the start — creating wallets, managing seed phrases, learning gas fees, and understanding networks. Unlike Web2 where login can be as simple as Face ID, Web3 requires users to immediately grasp technical concepts, often in the first 10 minutes. This cognitive overload causes user abandonment and paralyzes decision-making.

Another underrated issue is responsibility ambiguity: users often don’t know whether the wallet, app, or blockchain is at fault when something breaks. On mobile, deep linking between dApps and wallets is fragile. Without a clear recovery path or customer support like in Web2, many users freeze and leave. Until Web3 mimics Web2’s recovery, abstraction, and error communication, adoption will remain niche.

Layer One X

The lack of intuitive design has been a massive hurdle in Web3. While many projects focused on technology, they neglected aesthetics and usability. In the early days, crypto platforms looked slapped together. Only recently have projects begun investing in UX flows that feel natural. But many users still drop off because the site design doesn’t give them “warm fuzzies” — a critical feeling of trust and comfort.

Another issue is the overwhelming process of wallet creation and chain selection. If users feel unsure in the first few moments, they bounce — no matter how good the product is. First impressions matter deeply, and for Web3 projects to succeed, they must focus on branding, color schemes, and overall visual comfort from the moment a user lands.

Suede AI

Friction in onboarding is foundational to the adoption problem. From day one, crypto has struggled with on- and off-ramps. Regulatory confusion around fiat-to-crypto made banks reluctant to support transactions, even closing accounts for buying on exchanges. This isn’t just about UX — it’s about trust. Without accessible fiat entry, many users never even get to the product experience.

Another challenge is confusing unit expression — showing prices in 0.0001 SOL rather than USD — and the lack of uniformity across dApps. Suede has seen improvement by integrating credit card payments and hiding unnecessary blockchain logic unless users want to explore. Ultimately, Web3 needs to meet users where they are — not expect them to climb a wall of new behaviors.

Q2: How is your project reducing onboarding friction (wallets, bridging, gas fees)?

Suede AI

Suede integrated fiat options like credit card payments, drastically reducing the onboarding barrier. Users can now start using Web3 without crypto knowledge or tokens in their wallets. In the background, the platform handles the complex machinery. They’ve also begun simplifying signature flows, using familiar interface elements to guide users through transactions without scaring them off.

By combining EVM and SVM support without making users choose chains explicitly, Suede makes it seamless to interact across ecosystems. Their use of LayerZero helps maintain consistency without launching additional tokens, and allows Suede to serve both Ethereum-native and Solana-native communities without friction.

Layer One X

Layer One X supports both EVM and non-EVM chains using a custom-built VM. This flexibility allows developers to build across different chain standards while keeping the UX uniform. Their system even enables message passing beyond assets — such as logic and data — which simplifies onboarding for power users and beginners alike.

The core value lies in bridgeless interoperability. Instead of forcing users to understand bridges or wrapping assets, Layer One X makes cross-chain actions feel native. Combined with cheaper, faster swaps and deep abstraction, the platform reduces cognitive load and speeds up time-to-usage.

All InX

All InX is focused on making the first five minutes feel like Web2. Users can log in with passkeys or biometrics, eliminating seed phrase anxiety. Wallet setup becomes effortless. They support mainstream payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay, allowing users to fund accounts in familiar ways. Gas fees are abstracted or payable in any token users already hold.

KYC is staged progressively — not front-loaded. Users unlock steps as they go, avoiding immediate blockers. Advanced settings are hidden unless toggled, allowing both novices and pros to operate comfortably. These flows turn daunting cryptographic actions into guided financial app experiences.

Q3: What intuitive features or design choices have made a real difference in practice?

Layer One X

The most effective design shift was eliminating bridges entirely. Their system allows direct asset swaps across chains, reducing costs by ~67% and increasing speed by ~80%. This bridgeless design removes the anxiety of funds getting lost in transit and allows for one-click multi-chain swaps.

They also prioritize minimizing clicks. Recognizing that users bounce after 2–3 clicks, they streamline all flows — from wallet connection to asset use. The goal is to deliver a seamless one-chain UX across many chains, lowering user friction while keeping Web3’s composability under the hood.

All InX

Simple changes delivered major results. Showing balances and gas fees in fiat first (with a toggle for raw crypto units) eased confusion and built trust. Preflight transaction summaries and post-action receipts provided confidence. Users always knew what was about to happen and what actually did.

Additionally, progressive disclosure (hiding advanced features until needed), order book + AMM pairing, and copywriting optimization (using plain verbs like “send” instead of “execute contract”) had outsized impact. A/B tests showed immediate increases in user retention and transaction success.

Suede AI

Allowing musicians to instantly monetize was the killer use case. With minimal setup, artists could stream globally, earn money directly, and manage their fanbase — without understanding crypto. Suede handles the infrastructure invisibly, letting creators focus on what they do best.

This outcome-driven design — letting users “just do the thing” without needing to know what gas, wallets, or chains are — led to rapid adoption. The backend complexity was masked unless the user opted in, making crypto feel empowering instead of intimidating.

Q4: What needs to happen for Web2 users to feel comfortable stepping into Web3?

All InX

Comfort comes from familiarity and forgiveness. Passkey-based login and support for traditional payment methods make Web3 feel like any fintech app. Off-ramps also need to be equally intuitive. Users shouldn’t feel like they’re doing something dangerous just to move money.

Additionally, apps must “speak human.” Error messages, transaction summaries, and setting toggles should be clear and user-friendly. By reducing friction in sign-up and fund transfers — while using progressive onboarding — users can ease into Web3 gradually and confidently.

Layer One X

Mainstream users need utility, not gimmicks. Web3 is transitioning from “wants” (e.g., NFTs, meme coins) to “needs” (e.g., payments, wallets, bots). Projects must fit into user routines and offer real-world value. The UI must cater to both click-and-go users and power users.

They also emphasized that Web3 is entering the maturity phase of its industry cycle. Many projects will consolidate or die off. Only those that provide routine value and minimize UX overhead will survive. Maturity requires usability — and that means products must just work.

Suede AI

Incentives matter. Web2 users won’t switch unless the value outweighs the effort. For Suede, that meant allowing underpaid artists to earn life-changing income with minimal setup. That financial motivator makes users willing to try something new.

Also, users need to feel safe. Even if risk is reduced, the perception of risk must be addressed. Familiar interfaces, trusted fiat payment options, and clearer guidance help reduce the fear of “messing something up” — a major psychological barrier.

Q5: Should crypto become “invisible,” or should the Web3 layer remain visible to preserve ethos?

All InX

Crypto should be invisible by default, but inspectable on demand. Newcomers need a smooth, guided flow. Experts can toggle “view on chain,” see raw data, or customize gas. Hiding jargon by default reduces mental load, but full transparency remains accessible.

Designing this layered visibility respects both beginners and experts. You don’t need to compromise ethos for usability — if you separate interface complexity from underlying blockchain transparency, both can co-exist harmoniously.

Layer One X

Visibility should depend on context. Web3 isn’t just about using dApps — it’s about owning your data and making it interoperable across platforms. This requires public chains and data portability, especially as AI integration grows.

If we hide everything, we risk repeating Web2’s problems — where private corporations own and weaponize user data. Visibility ensures accountability, composability, and innovation. But interface-wise, invisibility and simplification are key to user adoption.

Q6: What breakthrough could unlock the next 100M users?

Suede AI

Incentive-driven killer apps. If users see clear, immediate value — like musicians making thousands from tokenized content — they’ll switch. It’s not just tech or design; it’s about giving people a reason to jump rails and abandon Web2 habits.

Once users experience peer-to-peer value flows, the retention happens organically. But the first experience has to be so impactful that it justifies the learning curve. That’s where true adoption begins.

All InX

The breakthrough will come when platforms let users express intent, not follow instructions. If a user says, “Buy X,” the platform should handle routing, fees, and wallet operations. This is how PayPal or Robinhood work — users don’t think about underlying infrastructure.

When Web3 apps no longer make users think in blockchain terms, the mental tax disappears. Add intuitive onboarding, fiat support, and proper error handling — and you have a recipe for mass adoption.

Layer One X

True bridgeless interoperability will unlock mass adoption. Users shouldn’t be stuck on one chain or require gas tokens to leave. A fluid UX across all chains, all tokens, and all actions — without ever thinking about the network — is the endgame.

The second breakthrough will be quantum resistance and long-term security. As technology evolves, user confidence in asset safety becomes crucial. Layer One X is already baking that into its core interoperability layer — ensuring not just scalability, but survivability.

Conclusion

The takeaway is simple: adoption won’t be driven by technology alone — it will be driven by experience.
If we want the next wave of users to feel at home in Web3, we must meet them where they are: with intuitive design, seamless flows, and clear incentives. The future of crypto isn’t just about decentralization — it’s about usability. And that future is already being built.
