DigiFinex Cryptocurrency Exchange Beginner’s guide:How to do ID verification (KYC)
Reminder: Please provide authenticate information for verification. Our platform will suspend accounts for false or photoshopped authentication data. Picture formats must be in JPG, PNG and the size must not exceed 2MB!
Step 1: Download and install DigiFinex APP-” login APP and click on my -” account security — “identity authentication -” select authenticated-name verification type (click here to download APP)
Step 2: Select gender, enter First name, Last name, select the certified document type (support Passport, ID Card, Driving License), enter ID Number, click next
Step 3: Upload a photo of your ID (make sure the ID is in HD)
Step 4: Upload a photo of a handheld ID Card + Note.
Tips: Hand-held photo requires ID card + Note with handwritten DigiFinex + date of upload. Make sure the uploaded photos are clear and consistent.
After the upload is completed, wait for approval. Review will be completed in 1–3 business days.
